It's s a tunisian modern house.
You can use the same bat again and again, you will find the bat in the parks menu so you can use them when ever you want, and however you want and it fits great for mediterranean cities.
4 in the park menu, one that is walled on 1x2 , and the other is not on a 1x1 lot, if you find 3 of the 1x1 that are the same in the parks menu, don't worry about it, it's not a deadly mistake, (that i couldnt fix it).
You will also get it as growebal as 1x1 and 1x2 mid density residential zones (i didnt put pictures for all the growebal versions, they don't look much different).
no dependencies needed.
